UNEX
UNEX is the ultimate lineside and warehousing material handling system. Suitable for the automotive, aircraft, food service and warehousing industries, the inherent strength of the system means that materials can be packed more densely, meaning fewer trips to replenish, reduced operating footprint, and therefore lower total operating costs.
It’s perfect for dealing with high complexity systems (e.g. color / trim options) when paired with a pick-to-light system. In addition to UNEX being fully re-configurable, we are able to provide custom adaptations such as menomis and in-process racks for sheet metal stampings. We are also able to make heavy duty workstations. Although UNEX is typically supplied in the color blue, we can also supply any color rack of your choosing (e.g. safety orange).
We can supply racks in kit form, fully finished, assembled on site, or in a site-adjacent location - whatever the customer requires.
28mm / 1.085" tube & joint
We can supply 28mm / 1.085" tube & joint (and similar tube and joint systems) to complement an existing facility. Custom gravity flow racks, pick-to-light systems, workstations, etc. can all be designed and supplied to suit the application.
